Creatures
Here's something I worked on a long time ago. Garett Sheldrew conceived the designs for the human characters and this was my painting of the whole line-up. There's an actual story in there somewhere. Was fun to do a somewhat broad cartoony take on this monster that I'm so fond of.

that rocks
I love it (and God I love your colouring), but I have to wonder how the dude on the far right can stand-up properly with such short legs :P
Crumbs--
He's designed for deep swamp motoring.
These folks look great. And now I know what a female gill-person would look like. Of course, this makes me want to know the story, read the comic, etc.
great desings Steve!!! loooks like the cherecter of a comedy tvfilm like "Three's Company" but wiht black laggon monsters. COOL!!!!!
fantastic, no words xwX, great character disaing and coloring. the comic shuld be fun, looks like some thing ealse, im talking of a good some thing ealse offcourse.
Amazing! The tall, willowy creatures imply that our good friend "The Creature" is either young for his kind or petite like Wolverine.
You humble everyone who looks at your blog. Ridiculous. I hope one day I could catch up to you skillwise.
Awesome, I love the Gill man.
Niiiiiice!! The Creature is my favorite of the Universal Monsters so this is just great (not that you do not great stuff, but you know what I mean).
very nice. Especially the three people in the center are horrible... ehh horribly scary. I love those two right (= not left) next to them. You can see deep inside their hearts and this is the human's strongest desire... figuratively, not literally.
