Here's another unused cover idea for Monkey Island 2 LeChuck's Revenge. It's the second of three. I sold the first on ebay a month or so ago and I still owe you a photo of the unique item I bought with some of the cash. This painting is also one of the images that appear in my INTERVIEW at Alternative Magazine Online.

I do like the final cover more because it's so distinct whereas this looks more like a cover to a pulp horror comic. It's still great, don't get me wrong, but the composition and how the characters look is so amazing on what we all saw.

I think you'll be interested to know that, to introduce my students the concept of dialogue, I had them read a passage from "Bad Day on the Moon" (specifically the exchange after they first get out of the DeSoto). A couple of them thought Sam was Max's dad.

I love that folks are giving you exposure, but it annoys me that essentially the same questions have been asked over the 15 years I've been following and collecting your work. None of us fans have really gotten anything truly substantial about the man behind the art.
